BigJohnZone PC Solutions is in the London Road Mall, Pembroke Dock, SA72 4RS (on the A477). Enter via the main entrance and go through to the main building, we are on the left of the main square.

There is plenty of FREE parking directly by a sheltered entrance to the Mall and if anyone has difficulties in carrying their computer we will be happy to collect it from your car. Parking is directly outside the Mall and we are easily accessible to all, wheelchair access from the car parking into & around the mall is not a problem.

We will not use fancy words, cheap gimmicks or advertising ploys to get you into our shop, we believe in honesty, reliability & a fair price & have built our business on this. We let our work do the talking!

We are mainly a computer repair/service & custom build shop and what we offer is customer satisfaction first and foremost. We provide a wide range of computer services and an increasing range of consumables. If you have a specific requirement and would like to know if we can help you are welcome to phone, email us or pop into the shop.

We are both trained technicians and strive to offer the best service that we can and pride ourselves on offering a friendly as well as professional service.

*We believe in giving value for money and try to keep our prices as low as we can. We offer a fixed rate labour cost on repairs wherever possible so you know the maximum labour cost before we undertake any work.
